      Description

      1. Go to the Plan Design Health Tier Mapping
      2. Select any plan and keep Spouse or Child Policy No blank and save
      3. Now go to SA Utility Health Tier Policy ReCalc Screen
      4. Recalculate HealthTier Policy No
      5. Spouse or Child Policy No shows NULL text .

      Expected: if Spouse or Child Policy No are blank in Plan Design Health Tier Mapping then it should be blank in SA Utility Health Tier Policy ReCalc Screen
