do you think this will be corrected today. I need this corrected for the client to sign off on UAT

Any chance this will be corrected today?

Implementation is going to just reload the documents. I would like to get a root cause if possible so we can prevent this from happening in the furture

I have verified all the instances provided in attached Document.

I have checked all mentioned files in Benefit Description

Also I have checked all forms within forms library as well.

I have not found "File not Found " message

I am able to browse mentioned files and forms

also as mentioned in attached document " Some files under medical section has same document with Different file names.

We could not wait for this to be fixed and we just reloaded the documents yesterday.

Yesterday, we tried to download some file from the document you attached. We were able to download. In evening your team loaded the files again and now it is working fine. We also tried adding some new files on HSPL copy for Forms library, Benefit descriptions and learn your benefits. We are able to download these files.
AS of now, we do not able to reproduce the issue your saying. Could you please send us some repro steps for this issue?
