HI Avnish Yadav,

Though the enrollments are by General mode, it isn't from Import. There was no import on that day or no back end routine execution.
When analyzed, we also found that there was no data change on this day. Import picks up any employee for backend routine only if there is change. Same goes to UI. Plan term date was changed even though there wasn't Employee data change. This is different scenario and needs to be analyzed in detail.

Following are my observations :

1)Add Emp in the system - Employee gets core plan if eligible ( Single enrollment found)
2)Enrolled Emp in some benefit - Single enrollment is found
3)For Any data change in import -> Emp gets plan as per eligibility (Single enrollment is found)
