1.Login to Stage.
2.Navigato to Home >> Benadmin Home >> PCORI report.
3.Add required details.
4.Click on save.
5.Delete newly added report on PCORI Report.
Actual: Unable to delete PCORI report
Expected: PCORI report should get deleted.

We have verified above mentioned issue on LB and Azure environment.

Concern - ACA_Global level_PCORI report_Unable to delete report
Cause - The Page Level Access for that action for global level was set to false which was causing the issue.
Correction - Changed the flag to true of Page Level access for Level1 of that action.
