Steps to repro :-
1.Login to workterra.
2.Click on Import/Export
3.Click on OE dashboard.
4.Clear Dates for OE start and OE end Date
.
Actual result :- Blank OE start date and OE end date are not accepted by Dashboard,It shows NO CHANGES FOUND
Expected Result :- OE Dashboard should accept Blank dates

This issue has been verified,It is working as expected.
While verifying this issue,We found that , When OE start date and OE end date for multiple companies are selected and cleared values from Clear date it still persist on Dashboard.
Steps to repro :-
1.Select OE start date and OE end date from dashboard of 2 companies
2.Clear one of that date .

actual results :- Other values still persists on Dashboard
Expected results :- It should clear all values(dates)
Verified this issue , It is working as expected.For above mentioned issue,New JIRA is created -
WT-10973 as it is not related to it.
Verified this issue on production,Working as expected.
Concern: Blank OE start date and OE end date are not accepted by Dashboard,It shows NO CHANGES FOUND
Cause: As we check blank dates are not considered as changes.
Correction: We handle this with code fix.
