This issues can be separate in two sub issues ,

1. Showing wrong user name
Please find below 3C's
Concern: showing wrong user name
Cause: In View History , User Name get display on basis of Iscompany user flag. default it consider 0 which is partner broker hence data changed by any employee its shows matching partner/broker name associated with employee id.
Correction : we have provided code fix for it and its under review.

2. While enrolling employee its self by raising qualifying event , iscompanyuser flag set to 0
e.g. if any employee login into system , he/she made changes by qualified event and its causes any enrollment changes like term or newly add so iscompanyuser flag for that enrollment should be 1. Need to verify this scenario.

I have verified this issues again it is not reproduced at my end. Below scenarios verified
Howard Barrett. This EE had a QE 10/03/2017 for Birth or Adoption or Court-Ordered Child Coverage. When we see transactions in WortTERRA the USER name on the transactions is displayed.

Iscompanyuser flag set to 0 - It shows records for employee
Iscompanyuser flag set to 1- It shows records for Admin

May be data corrections required for Howard Barret employee.
