      Description

      Browser Name: Chrome, IE.11
      Test Environment Name: LB
      User details : Verified with SA login
      Steps to repro:-
      1.Click on Global settings.
      2.Select OE dashboard
      3.Click on Select EDI analyst - QA Partner
      4.Save it.
      4.Change it to qa partnerone
      5.Save it.
      Actual results : - EDI analyst is giving popup-No changes Found.

      Expected Results : - It should save changes.

            Concern: OE dashboard -> While changing EDI analyst , It is showing NO CHANGES FOUND

            Cause: The change event was trigger proper after save.

            Correction: We have handle this when select option from auto complete.
