1.Login with partner
2.Go to form builder
3.Add new form
4.Set eligibility of that form to specific class of employee
5.Save form
6.Now Login with Employee other than Eligible class
Actual: Form is visible to non eligible class of employees

We have verified the reported issue on LB branch and fixed this issue by doing script level changes.
Also I have committed our changes in LB, However LB build scheduled on Monday at 11.0 AM so our changes also deployed with the same.
After that, Kindly verify this at your end and let me know in case of any concern.

Verified mentioned issue on Production for "Ohio Northern University For HSPL". Now for is not visible for the employees not satisfying the eligibility criteria.
