Global Level Standard Report - Incorrect records fetched on Report

      Description

      Precondition : Create one global level report Like as :
      Global Level Report : Test Dependent Census
      Selected two companies and each company have one company level report.( Change existing company level report customization )
      Add one report under customization section and one report for Select Report section.

      Replication steps :
      1) Partner Login
      2) Navigate up to Global Level Standard Report
      3) Ran report

      Issues : Some time report displayed 6 Records ( correct record as per current customization ) . Some time displayed 2745 records which is incorrect .

      NOTE : Randomly, I have replicated that issue on IE 11 browsers ( Re-pro Ration : 6 / 10) , FF ( 1 / 10) . Not replicated on Chrome. Same problem exist for other type of report also.
