Issue while generate Billing Details Column wise report due to large provider name

      Description

      While generate Billing Details Column wise report it throwing exception due to large provider name. Because if generated string is more than 128 characters we have remove next characters. Due to this more than two fields are getting same name and it throwing as exception.

      Please checked attach 08_29_2017_20_58_11_609_1_13806.txt error log details.
      Issue found while working on WT-10466.
