Unum feeds for the following customers below are failing file transmission:
- CEI (Cupertino Electric) - /Home/ebsbenefits/Cupertino/GLTC/In
- Guide Dogs - /Home/ebsbenefits/GuideDogsfortheBlind/ISC/In
- Matt Construction - /Home/ebsbenefits/MattConstruction/ISC/In/
I spoke to Tim Rogers (TERogers@unum.com) and according to his logs, we are dropping the files on "/Home/ebsbenefits" folder which is not allowed instead of the folder highlighted in Red above.
Could we check on our logs to see what is causing the issue? Why we are not drilling through the designated folder to drop the file?
The email confirmation of the exported file is just showing "Permission Denied". See attached email.

Still getting 'permission denied' from WT
I am able to send files for MATT Construction and Guide Dogs successfully only manually through Filezilla.
Sent a mail to carrier asking them to check the files and check if the IP's are whitelisted.
Rochelle Thomas, has this been resolved? If not, do you mind reassigning this ticket to yourself since Phil is no longer here?
I've checked the MATT Unum file that ran on 5/6 and there was a successful notification that the file was delivered successfully. However, I'm not sure if this issue has been resolved. Rochelle Thomas, can you follow up with the Unum contact to see if the file is posting properly each week? No file ran last week on 5/13 because there were no records.
Phil, We have checked through filezilla & we could able to travel upto "/Home/ebsbenefits/Cupertino/GLTC/In".
Can we upload test file on SFTP server for any of above customer to check "Permission Denied" issue?
