ACA_Waive implementation_Employee record count is not matching on Cloned and existing template

      Description

      1.Login to stage.
      2.Edit company say 'Wacker Neuson Corporation For HSPL'
      3.Navigate to Home >> Company Home >> BenAdmin Home >> BenAdmin Company Home >> Template Management
      4.Clone 'WNCorporation_HealthEfx_Benefit_Import' template.
      5.From 'WNCorporation_HealthEfx_Benefit_Import' export file for date range 01/01/2016 to 12/31/2016
      6.Delete run rate maintenance.
      7.Now export file for date range 01/01/2017 to 02/28/2017.
      8.Delete Run rate maintenance.
      9.Now export file from Clone 'WNCorporation_HealthEfx_Benefit_Import' for date range 01/01/2017 to 02/28/2017.
      10.Delete Run rate maintenance.
      11.Export files again for same date range.

      Employee under test has waived medical for year 2016 and 2017

      Actual: There is difference in record count
      Expected: There should not be no change in record count.

      Current Implementation : Employee record count was mismatched while comparing the record count of existing template and cloned template. Employee waive records were not coming in the clone template ACA file.
      New Implementation : Employee record count from existing and cloned template are now matched.Rectified the issue of missing employee waive records.

            We are not able to verify this issue, as count is displaying to zero ,issue has logged under WT-11318 ,until it get fixed we will not be able to verify this issue.

            We have verified above mentioned issue on LB [For QA LB METSO Prod Copy For HSPL].
            For 2017 records we are not getting same records after deleting Run rate maintenance.

            We have verified above mentioned issue on Stage [Metso for Hspl company].
            Its working fine. As WT-11575 is open we havn't tested scenario for 2016.
            We have deleted run rate maintenance and exported file from clone template.
            Record count matched for both files which exported from different templates.
