OE Dashboard -> File Due Date and File Sent Date fields are not able to clear .

      Description

      Hi Ganesh Sadawarte ,

      Following was observed on OE Dashboard.
      Repro steps :
      1) OE Dashboard -> select a file due date or select file sent date -> clear the selected date -> save

      Expected Result : Blank value should be set
      Actual Result : Date is set to the field which was initially set.

            Concern: OE Dashboard -> File Due Date and File Sent Date fields are not able to clear .

            Cause: Change event of calendar control not was not properly triggered. Previously we have handle this only for OE Start and OE End date WT-10973

            Correction: We have handle this by checking active element of calendar control and find change event for date control on grid.
