In Tours, Upload Document popup opens and closes suddenly.

      Description

      Include a form with 'Supervisor Approval' selected in any tour. Login as employee and take this tour. On this form, when user selects save and continue button, the Upload Document Popup opens and close instantly and next page loads.

      Here, It is expected that this popup should remain on screen until user close it.

          This issue is resolved on stage now. It is verified using company DC For HSPL Mobile, El Camino Hospital For HSPL and CAISO For HSPL. The upload document popup is visible now and user is able to upload the documents.
