3.Navigate to Home >> Company Home >> Manual Import/Export
4.Export template Cloned Metso ACA ADP employee.
5.Export file by selecting Medical & Dental benefit types.
Actual: Multiple eligibility records for single tier should not display for single plan.
Expected:Single eligibility record should display for each tier for a single plan.
