Hi all - I reloaded the Medical enrollments for IPR in Production (they just went live) to ensure all of the data is correct for their ACA but it looks like it created a second enrollment in the Medical plans. How can this be? How do we fix it? I have their configuration form ready to submit but I need the Medical enrollments corrected before we run the forms. Please let me know. THanks!
