As the 1095-C forms ( PDF's ) of 2017 year are not yet released by IRS, hence the system threw error.
Can u please let us know what exactly are you looking for? so that we can help you with it.

In-case if you want 2016 year 1095-C PDF templates to be used for processing 2017 year , then please let us know.

Can't we run the forms today in the same format that there was for 2016? The client wants to start reviewing the data. Do we know when the IRS will be releasing the forms and the deadline information?

Please refer this link for ACA deadline.
IRS have released the draft forms for 2017 year. Refer link .

We have re-run the 2017 year forms using 2016 year template PDF's. Please refer latest run of report 2017 COB 1095C
Please note that we have changed the FPL Amount to $12,060 & Safe Harbor Percentage to 9.69 on ACA Parameters under ACA Customization tile. For more information you can refer JIRA WT-10922

The final forms will be released most probably in October month end. The 2017 changes will be available within two weeks after the final forms are released.

This is in reference to your point in KinderCare Site email where in you mentioned to do the setting on Kindercare as well as Evan’s demo site.
We have added 2017 template using 2016 PDFs.This change is not company specific. This is change is applicable to environment. So it will be applicable all the companies on Azure.
We have added 2017 Template on Azure,Stage and Production so that server error does not occur while running report for 2017 year.

We have created 2017 1094C and 2017 1095C report on Demo Company_Evan and run it. Please refer latest run of both the reports.
