If benefit is waived from Selerix-SSO portal then its waived details are not reflected in Workterra.
1. Login as Employee
2. Traverse sel serve mode
3. In Critical illness plan, Click on Enroll button.
4. Selerix SSO flow starts.
5. Click on 'I wish to Decline this coverage option'
6. click on Next button to complete the SSO flow.
7. Check for the Alert message displayed at Workterra end when SSO flow is completed.
Benefit waived details are not reflected in Workterra when any benefit is waived from selerix..
Also, same is case vice versa, when any benefit is waived from Workterra end then its changes are not reflected on Selerix SSO plans.
Same issue exist on production too.
