SSO>Chubb Selerix>Functional>Spouse's relationship is not displaying in Beneficiary report.

1] Login to the application as a Partner.
2] Search any employee, manage the employee.
3] Navigate to "Enroll Now" page.
4] Enroll in any of the Selerix plan, add spouse and child as a beneficiary and complete the enrollment.
5] In WorkTerra verify the "Beneficiary Report".

Actual Result:
Relationship is not displaying.
Expected Result:
Relationship should be display.
