Ensured below things..

1. Extra pipe delimiter in the file due to introduce of Loss of eligibility indicator.
2. Non ACA Plans i.e. Medical Opt Plan Enrollment effective date blank issue.
3. In offer segment of LOE, Coverage Start Date=Event Date.

We have verified below mentioned points which are as follows.

1.Verified there is no extra pipe delimiter in file when Loss of eligibility indicator is mapped.
2.In Loss of Eligibility case, in OFFR segment, Coverage Start Date = Event Date
for existing employees and newly changed employees.
3.Checked in case of Non ACA plans i.e Medical opt out plan enrollment effective date
is not blank.

Fix is ready for stage but we will move this patch with metso incremental changes

We have verified above mentioned change request on Stage [Caiso for hspl].
Its working fine.

Verified scenarios are as follows

While testing discripancy found for below mentioned employees.

For these employees, We observed that condition OFFR!= COVG is not satisfied.
After discussion with Dev team, its found that, its an data issue.
