"Deep South" company has all payroll schedules defined with Custom Pay Cycles. Custom Pay Cycles implementation is missing for Reports. With Employee Plan Eligibility Report, this also has an impact on Confirmation Statement Report. Companies that are using Custom Payroll schedule and also extract Confirmation Statement Report will get incorrect cost on the the report.

We will try to schedule this fix in upcoming sprint starting from 9-Oct-2017.

Concern: Different employee cost is displaying on "Employee Plan Eligibility Report"
Cause: Cost (i.e. Employee cost and Employer Cost) on report was different from cost displaying on Confirmation Statement because Custom Pay Cycles implementation was not implemented for Reports. This company (i.e. "Deep South") has payroll schedules defined with Custom Pay Cycles. But, this issue exists to all companies those are using Custom Payroll schedule.
Correction: We have implemented code to handle payroll schedules defined with Custom Pay Cycles along with predefined pay cycles. After this changes cost (i.e. Employee cost and Employer Cost) will be same on View Enrollment Summary and Employee Plan Eligibility Report.

Affected Files: /App/BusinessLogic/Reports/EnrollmentDataReport.vb

Tested Scenarios:
1. Verified Cost (i.e. Employee cost and Employee Cost) on View Enrollment Summary and Employee Plan Eligibility Report.
2. Compared Multiple payroll schedules (i.e. Custom and Predefined Pay Cycles) on View Enrollment Summary and Employee Plan Eligibility Report.

We have verified the fix on LB (wt-stage) for Texas Life SSO integration. Verified following things:

Verified cost on the "Employee Plan Eligibility" report in below scenarios:
1] Enroll in custom plan with different custom and predifine payroll
2] Enroll in above plan with different tiers
3] Verified the costs on Enroll Now page
4] Verified cost on Confirmation Statement
5] Verified cost on Enrollment Summary page

Cost is displaying as expected in all of the above scenarios. Refer below screenshot for more details. We can deploy fix to Stage.
