We have the new hire window set to ignore OE window if new hire window is greater than OE. Please advise asap as this group is in OE
My understanding was that this rule also applied to rehires. We have 4 examples below

We have verified this at our end and As per current implementation "Ignore Open Enrollment During New Hire" rule is not implemented for Re-Hires.
Do we need to implement this for Re-Hires, if Yes please convert this ticket to Change Request.
