      Description

      Steps to repro->
      1.Click on Template management
      2.Select Template
      3.Click on Notes
      4.Click on add new Categories
      6.Add File
      7.Click on View File
      8.Click on Download

      Actual result->Download button is not working
      Expected result->Files should get download

            Concern : WT-11284 Download button is not working.Due to this WT-9319 is reopened on LB.
            Cause : In web.config DestinationPath ('ExportTemplateNotesFilePath' key) is missing on LB.
            Correction : Added key in web.config.
            Affected Areas : Home >Any Company > Template Management >Notes >View File >Download
