XML file is not getting uploaded into categories

Steps to repro->
1.Click on Template management
2.Select Template
3.Click on Notes
4.Click on add new Categories
5.Add File
6.Click on browse-Select file-XML file
7.Click on upload

Actual results:-XML file is not getting uploaded
Expected Result:-Either .xml should be added into note or It should allow .xml file to upload.
