Import -> Field mapping -> Company level -> System throws error on saving

      Description

      1)Login with partner
      2)Select company -> city of durham for hspl
      3)Create import template
      4)Save field mapping
      5)system throws error (Though field mapping are saving properly)

      Note : Current found this issue on LB only
      For Stage and Production I didn't found any issue.

      Error LOG : ErrorID : 0
      ErrorSource : ControllerAppTier.Save->WORKTERRAControllerAppTier.Save->ImportExportSettings.Save->ImportExportSettings.AddUpdateMetaData->ImportExportSettings.InsertUpdateImportExportMetaData
      ErrorMessage: Conversion from string "" to type 'Long' is not valid.
