Hi Jackie Sivigny,

As requested, Company Info and Payroll Schedules are added for 'Milller Sierra'. However, we have few queries regarding the Payroll Schedules.

Pay roll Schedule Queries

1. Weekly

In Weekly Payroll Schedule, Start date is: '12/25/2017' and End Date is '12/23/2018'. However, First pay date is '01/05/2018'.
Hence, the Pay periods has started from '01/05/2018' and the pay periods prior to this date has not been added which were mentioned in the excel sheet.

(Please refer the screenshots below)

Also the last Pay date '12/28/2018' can't be added as the End date of the Payroll schedule is '12/23/2018'.

2. Monthly

For Monthly Payroll Schedule, Start date is: '01/01/2018' and End Date is '12/31/2018' With First Pay date as '1/31/2018'.
Hence, the Payroll schedule has started from '1/31/2018' and the pay periods prior to this date has not been added which were mentioned in the excel sheet.

We are almost done with implementation and review of document provided and below are our few queries:

1.In "EE self service and dashboard configuration" document>> Ben admin dashboard configuration tab >> We have only added "EE Role Type" dashboard settings , we have ignored "Company Admin Role Type" dashboard settings as there are no company admins provided.

2.In Plans and rates document >> Health Plans> Plans 1,2,3,4,8,9,10 and 11 we have added under benefit type "Medical" please let us know your thoughts on this.

3. QE no 3 "Divorce" request you to please provide us the detail information on which benefit type should be selected as per the document "Plans and rates" for the QE "Divorce" ( as HSA and FSA benefit types are not provided)

As of now we we selected "All Benefit types".please let us know your thoughts on this.

4.In Other core build document>> For QE no 9 "Employee or Dependent Loses NonGovernment Coverage" we have ignored the field "HSA Affidavit/Custom Form" to "Yes". as we cannot see the option to select in the system.

3. Only Supplemental Employee Life, Supplemental Spouse Life, Supplemental Child Life and short term disability should be selected on Divorce.

4. Yes correct action is to ignore.

We are done with the implementation and review of "Rates" and we have one query below:

In rates >> health tiered rates >> we found that there were two rates mentioned in the document, # Rate 2 and # Rate 3 which was marked as hidden under document.

As of now we have ignored Health rates #Rate 2 and #Rate 3, do let us know your view on this.

Additionally, are there any further documents yet to come or shall we start with the next round of QA Testing?
