SSO>TexasLife>Getting "Unauthorized Access" error after clicking on Enroll button for Texas Life plan

Env - Stage
Company under test - Symphony for HSPL

1] Login as a employee to the application.
2] While traversing New Hire flow, click on "Enroll" button for TexasLife plan.

Actual Result:
Employee redirects to TexasLife enrollment page, but "Unauthorized Access" error is displaying.
Expected Result:
Error should not be display.
