      Description

      Env - Stage
      Company under test - Symphony for HSPL

      1] Login as a employee to the application.
      2] While traversing New Hire flow, click on "Enroll" button for TexasLife plan, employee get redirected to "TexasLife SSO" window.
      3] Click on "Continue Elections" tab.
      5] Error is displaying and employee again redirected to Workterra.
      6] Click on "Enroll" button for same plan again.
      7] Observe the enrollment status at TexasLife end.

      Actual Result:
      Status is - Waived Benefit
      Expected Result:
      Benefit should not be get waived.
