SSO>TexasLife-Portal>Mentioned fields are mandatory in TexasLife, but not in WorkTerra

Though the update demographics information should not allowed at TexasLife end, as present e are able to edit the information. After clicking on "Edit" button we can see:

Below fields are mandatory in TexasLife, while not in WorkTerra:
1] Marital Status
2] Home Phone Number
3] Work Phone Number

Also "Deduction Frequency" field value is displaying as "PAYMODE", which is invalid.
Refer attached screenshot for more details, and let us know whether these required or invalid fields have any impact from Integration point of view.
