Hello,
The attached list is Admin users that require access to Groendyke for call center. Per Jen Leugers we would like to know if their set up can be created as a partner user that is set with the same rights / abilities as the admin so they can view the EE record and assist them with questions and their enrollment process.
This is to be a set up similar to Lily Transport and these are the same users as Lily.

Client (Sisco) has stated that when Rhonda logs into Workterra she only has access to Groendyke now. She does not have a choice to choose Lily Transport or Groendyke.
Client is also requesting that Rhonda have access to stage to train her employees?

All users you sent us last time including Ronda are company admins. Company admins are company specific and can have only access to one company.
If you wish to have them access rights to multiple companies there partner/broker accounts needs to be created.

We checked this request with development team. The list which was provided has the names of company admins. A company admin can have access to a specific company and not multiple companies.
Details of the Admins having access to the companies is provided in the attached excel sheet below.

Request you to go through the list and provide the access to the company admin for a particular company only not both the companies.
If a user requires access to multiple companies, Partner users will have to be created for the users.

This is an urgent request. Sisco is to have partner access for both Groendyke and Lily Transport. Currently Sisco is unable to assist Lily Transport with their elections via phone. Please advise what issues there are with setting this up. The partner access was in the original request.

I have given access to all users mentioned in file. These all are created as company admin so should be same as other company admin
