Concern:- Server Error On Enroll Now Screen
Cause:- One condition missing in 'ExRecommendationEngine.vb' because of this system fetching duplicate records from database.
Correction:- We have fixed this issue in code.

1)EDS -> User election recommendation -> Yes
2)Enroll now screen by partner login - Working fine
3)Employee enrollment in Plan -> Pass
4)Login with Employee, traverse the SS mode, but getting error on questionnaire page co could not traverse to recommended plan page, Please refer jira WT-11549

As you mentioned in employee workflow, need to verify recommended plan page, but its blocked due to WT-11549.
Please assign this jira to me when linked jira will be fixed
