Please follow below steps to reproduce this issue:-
1. You will need to turn on the recommendation engine on Employee Data Screen.
2. Create Employee and Login as employee
3. Go to Recommended Plan Screen check medical plan
4. Log out Employee
5. Login as Partner and Search employee
6. Click on Enroll Now Menu
7. Select Medical Benefit (Server Error)
