Prime - Whenever user save MERP Form - error is on search employee and spouse enrolled in macro is not working

Concern: If opening and closing brackets are there in plan design name then there is an issue with system to build eligibility criteria on form builder with enrolled in macro. This issue is not there on stage because we have replaced old eligibility with generic eligibility on form builder screen. We are planning to deploy this patch over weekend (14th Oct 2017).

We will close this bug once generic eligibility patch will be there on production.
