We have resolved this issue by doing some workaround, you can now add employees.

There was below error thrown in SP OES_SP_UpdateEmployeeAttribute

Exception : Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.03423Oct 2 2017 12:00AM0400

We have modified SP and added check of @PageID in line number 903. Please do the needful.

Cause : While saving Add employee page, additional field details for add employee were not getting fetched correctly.

Correction : We have applied condition to fetch Additional field details for add employee page correctly.

Impacted Areas: Demographics and Add Employee

This error is still occurring on groups but it now appears to be intermittent. When is this issue going to be resolved? Most recently BCC could not add an employee to COB. When the user switch from Chrome to IE they were able to add the employee
