LB-Functional-Invoice Management- Benefit Wise Billing Report Issue

Hi,
Chrome Environment
Company-For QA MATT,For QA JE Dunn

Steps-
1. Login with partner/SA
2. Select Company
3. Go to Benadmin
4. Go to Reports
5. Click on Invoice Management
6.Click on add button
7.Click on Benefit Wise Billing Report check box not working

Actually: It is showing some drop down list refer image

Expected: When click on benefit wise billing reports below refer image 2 that drop down should be hidden
