Hello,
Per the client: I deleted the 2018 Benefit Election form builder altogether.
Before I did this though, I just tried to delete only field that was labeled “I wish to continue my 2017 plan elections.” I couldn’t delete the field, I kept getting a message that said, you cannot delete this field because it was tied to an eligibility rule, but there was no criteria in the Define Eligibility tab for that form builder that would tie it to the field. Maybe I just didn’t know where to look…
When I log in with my credentials into the TEST NEWTWO employee demographics screen, just as a search, I don’t see the message “ I wish to continue my 2017 plan elections.”
When I log in with the TEST NEWTWO’s employee credentials as a new hire, I do see it.
When I log in with an EXISTING employee’s (Michael Norris) credentials to go through OE, I still see it in demographics.
I added a completely new test person TEST NEWTHREE and I still see it in demographics.
I thought deleting the form builder altogether would do the trick, but I guess not.
Can you please take a look?
