Hello,
Per the client: I deleted the 2018 Benefit Election form builder altogether.
Before I did this though, I just tried to delete only field that was labeled “I wish to continue my 2017 plan elections.” I couldn’t delete the field, I kept getting a message that said, you cannot delete this field because it was tied to an eligibility rule, but there was no criteria in the Define Eligibility tab for that form builder that would tie it to the field. Maybe I just didn’t know where to look…
When I log in with my credentials into the TEST NEWTWO employee demographics screen, just as a search, I don’t see the message “ I wish to continue my 2017 plan elections.”
When I log in with the TEST NEWTWO’s employee credentials as a new hire, I do see it.
When I log in with an EXISTING employee’s (Michael Norris) credentials to go through OE, I still see it in demographics.
I added a completely new test person TEST NEWTHREE and I still see it in demographics.
I thought deleting the form builder altogether would do the trick, but I guess not.
Can you please take a look?

Hello,
Per the client, "I wish to continue my 2017 plan elections" is still appearing at the top of the screen for employees. Please see attached screen shot. Below are the login credentials for an example employee:
The employee I am testing for Open enrollment is Daniel Cullen.
User ID: Cull6524

We have checked data for HSPL copy.
The text "I wish to continue my 2017 plan elections." appearing because the value is still stored in a FormatMemberDocument table in the database.
Please check it and let us know if have any concern.

Please advise as to how the client can remove the text from the database? They are not sure where to go to remove this from the form and would like to remove it.

Hi Kira Hamilton,
No need to delete it from the database.
If you want to remove the text follow below steps
1. Select Form builder
2. Choose Demographic Information from the lists
3. Open Design System Messages tab.
4. Choose Employee Role. Set System Message and Popup Message to blank and save the form.

The client has completed the above steps and this did not resolve their issue. The message "'I wish to continue my 2017 plan elections' is still showing and needs to be removed. Please remove the messaging that is stored in "FormatMemberDocument". This issue has been outstanding since October 6 and needs to be resolved.

After removed, checked for same employee and other's on HSPL copy.
It will never show again.

We are not able to reproduce the issue,
Please ind the below test scenarios:
Company :Janicki
Environment : Stage
Form: '2018 Benefit Election' not available.
Field: 'I wish to continue my 2017 plan elections' for employees mentioned above and as well the existing employee 'Michael Norris' the field is not present.
Please let us know if you get this issue again, so that we can investigate further.
