Following are the 3Cs:
Concern:
Error on Eligibility Report at employee level.

Cause:
Employee Status ID 9 is stored 2 times against Generic Eligibility Rule ID 188 which is causing an error.
Against a rule repetition of same employee status, class or additional criteria is not expected.

Correction:
We need to remove duplicate data for employee status, class, and additional criteria against a rule.

Correction needs to be done by Generic Eligibility team. Kindly assign it to appropriate team.

Hrishikesh Deshpande -
Please attach error log for Enrollment report. Tried checking enrollment issue on Production PrimeHealthcare for HSPL today but report ran successfully.

We have scanned all data and we found that there are duplicate entries for Employee Status ID 9 &10
against Generic Eligibility Rules Rule_188,Rule_189,Rule_190,Rule_191,Rule_192,Rule_193.

We have done data correction for above impacted generic eligibility rules.

We scanned the data, class1 and class2 ID were duplicated.
We have correct the data.
Also we have observe Eligibility Report and Enrollment Report of EE India Wilson & there is no server error occurred.

While doing data correction for Generic Eligibility Rules we found below rules which are not move properly from stage to Production.

If any Module uses this rule we can face server error issues.
e.g for Rule_223
