      Description

      environment: stage
      Login: Partner
      browser: chrome

      steps:
      1.Login as partner
      2.Home->Company home->Benadmin->Template managment->Export/ Import->Add new
      3.Add new template (Employee data) and click on save button on notes page

      Actual result: Getting server error
      Expected result: Note page should be saved succcesfully

      Please refer attached screen shot and error log.

      Note-1.Working properly on LB and Production
      2.This issue observed on all companies on stage
