          Hi Jaideep Vinchurkar,

We have found that as per the existing functionality, plans are listed in drop down for enrollment deletion only if the OtherEnrollmentServiceID field for those plans is Null.
However for the plans from the accident, critical illness benefits have OtherEnrollmentServiceID field set (for eg: SSO). Therefore, these plans are not getting listed for deletion from SAUtility.

          Thanks & Regards,
          Vaishali.

          Hi Prasad Pise,

Please find the Below 3C's for this issue:-

Concern: In SAUtility, for enrollments deletion criteria, user defined benefit types are not getting listed in the plan design dropdown

Cause: As per the existing functionality, plans are listed in drop down for enrollment deletion only if the OtherEnrollmentServiceID field for those plans is Null. However, for the plans from the accident, critical illness benefits OtherEnrollmentServiceID field is set, therefore those plans are not getting listed in the dropdown.

Correction: We have removed the condition of checking OtherEnrollmentServiceID for "Deletion" criteria and "Terminate Plan Election" criteria for populating Plans.
          Affected file: CollectionManager.vb

As discussed with Jaideep, Assigning ticket to Prasad.

Issue: For User defined and Empty Benefit Type are not appearing in Enrollment and Terminate Plan list.

The issue is implemented and verified on LB. Now, for both benefit type plans are appearing under the list. The listed plans can be deleted. This is confirmed by checking the same though confirmation statement.

As this plans are appearing as expected and can be deleted through utility moving jira on Stage
