The November invoice has 3 adjustments for October which do show the credited amount, but not the rebilled amount. Can you please help to correct this?

Following are the 3Cs:
Concern:
Retro add adjustments not appearing
Cause:
On 14-Oct-2017, code fix for WT-11244 was deployed in Production environment. One of the code change made in the fix,impacted Non Health retro add adjustment. Please note that this had issue only for Non Health plans and invoices generated after 14-Oct-2017, i.e. after deployment of code fix for WT-11244. We have scanned all BCC companies for this issue. Found 4 companies whose November 2017 invoice is impacted.
Following is the summary for impacted companies:

November 2017 invoice for all 4 companies is finalized. To get proper adjustments for November 2017, invoices needs to be regenerated for these 4 companies.
Please let us know, if regeneration of invoice is possible or not? If not, then we will have to manipulate data so that these elections debit adjustments appear in December 2017 invoice.
Correction:
We have fixed the code. Script is executed on all BCC companies. Proper patch for all Production companies will be deployed as per process.
Please update us on invoice regeneration for impacted 4 companies.

I have verified the 3 records which are mentioned in the ticket and observed that though there are proper entries in the billingdetails_ratelog table rebilling of new amount is not done for October month only credits of this month are displayed.
