Company under Test - Texas Life for HSPL
1] Login as a employee to the application whose date of hire is greater than 1st of current month e.g. date of hire should be 2nd, 15th or 30th)
2] While traversing New Hire flow, click on "Enroll" button for TexasLife plan, employee get redirected to "TexasLife SSO" window.
3] Click on Next button on the First and Second page.
Actual Result:
Employee is not eligible message is displaying.
Expected Result:
Employee should be able to enroll in texas life plan.

Could you please check , if still this is reproducible, as Texas Life is on Live now , and issue seems to be environment specific as mentioned by Aditya.
Please let me know output, so accordingly we will take it ahead in our sprint.
This issue is not reproducible on Preprod environment. Closing the ticket.

This is customization setting at the end of Texas portal.
Will need to keep an eye on this when TexasLife goes Live and may require to communicate with Texas Team
