1.Login to LB.
2.Edit company 'For QA LB METSO prod Copy for Hspl'.
3.Add test employee and waive employee's medical plan.
4.Navigate to Home >> Company Home >> BenAdmin Home >> BenAdmin Company Home >> ACA >> Manual/ImportExport.
5.Export template
Actual:Employee who has waived the plan and terminated is not reflecting on file.
Expected:Employee who has waived the plan and terminated should reflect on file.

CONCERN: In case of Loss of Eligibility, Only populating EE,OFFR when employee is waived & terminated in LOE section.
CAUSE: Employee is terminated & employee enrollment terminated scenario was considered to populate LOE segments but wasn't considered if employee hadn't any enrollments but waived.
CORRECTION: Missed functionality of LOE population on the file is implemented for waived & terminated scenario,too.
Started working on this.
Due to template taking more time to export so that testing needs more time.

We have verified above mentioned issue on LB [For QA LB METSO Prod Copy]. Its working fine. Now COVG=OFFR condition is getting satisfied when start & end date is provided on Manual Import export screen.

Currently we are unable to export Metso Change file for Active employee.
