Discussion and conclusion

1. There will be two plan. One is for current Enrollment and other is for Old Enrollment information.
2. Old Enrollment Plan will have data Load from import.
3. Old Enrollment Plan will be only in read only mode. User will not be able to make enrollment in it but will be able to waive it.
4. Old Enrollment Plan will also will display ongoing enrollment Effective date.
5. For this Multiple enrollment setting will be changed to True.
6. Need to check the behavior of the current TexasLife implementation with Multiple Enrollment scenario if required code will be changed.
7. Need to check for Feed on Export for clubbing of cost for both plan with Export Team.
8. Hubb Team will provide the verbiage for plan description and for plan name.

We have verified this change on Stage for "Symphony For HSPL" , verified below scenarios:

1] 2017 plan is displaying as read only on Enroll Now page.
2] Employee can only waive the 2017 plan, not able to enroll.
3] Employee can waive both plans i.e. 2017 plans and 2018 plans
4] Employee is able to waive 2017 and enroll in 2018 plan
5] Employee can enroll in 2018 plan, with keeping 2017 plan enrollment as it is.

No issue observed during execution of above scenarios.

We can deploy change to Production.

We are in process of testing this change on Production.
