      Description

      On Enroll now page there will be two plan visible to user
      1- TexasLife Plan for 2018
      2- TexasLife Plan for 2017

      In Plan 1 user will be allowed to enroll.
      In Plan 2 will have the data of Last year say of year 2017 and will be of Read only. for reference of enrolling user that what coverage he/she had taken last year.
