IRS External Business rules V1.1 changes.
Some of the business rules have been added.Added a script for the same.
New Implementation : Implemented Business rule changes of ACA AIR IRS Submission that were declared on 6th Oct 2017.

Newly added business rules are as follows:

| 1094C-095 | If Form 1094Cï¾ 'CorrectedInd' has a choice of "Yes" indicated, then 'AuthoritativeInd' must have a choice of "Yes" indicated. |
| 1095B-062-01 | If Form 1095B 'CorrectedInd' has a choice of "Yes" indicated, then 'CorrectedUniqueRecordId' must have a value. |
| 1095B-063-01 | If Form 1095B 'CorrectedInd' has a choice of "No" indicated, then 'CorrectedUniqueRecordId' must not have a value. |
| 1095B-077-02 | If Form 1095B 'CorrectedUniqueRecordId' ('ReceiptId' - 'SubmissionId' - 'RecordId') has a value, then the Unique Submission ID portion ('ReceiptId' - 'SubmissionId') must match a Unique Submission ID from a Submission that was previously accepted by IRS. |
