Plan Comparison Error unable to turn off

      Description

      The Packard Companies is a client in Stage that is going through UAT and we are unable to turn off the Plan Comparison on the Accident plans. It gives an error when trying to de-select and save.

      Let us know ASAP.

          Hi Jackie Sivigny,

          Please find below 3C's:

          Concern: 'The Packard Companies' is a client in Stage that is going through UAT and we are unable to turn off the 'Plan Comparison' on the 'Accident plans'.

          Cause: As per current system working if plans are specified for comparison then it can not be removed from 'Plan Comparison Builder' screen.

          If you want to remove 'Compare Plan' link from enroll now screen then we need to follow below steps:

          • Step1:- Go to 'Site Branding & Configuration' option in Customizer
          • Step2:- Then click 'Plan Comparison Tool'
          • Step3:- Deselect 'Accidental Insurance' benefit and click save. This will remove 'Compare Plan' Link on Enroll Now.
