I'm not sure why this is happening but when updating a rule, the eligibility is being wiped out. I will attach the view.

Rule 118 is the rule that we are trying to add () to but when adding, the system saves but when you go back in, it gets deleted.

It looks like it is adding "|153" after each plan (different 3 digit numbers)

Please take a look asap.
