1] Login as a employee to the application
2] Navigate to Texas Life plan.
3] Click on "Enroll" button.
4] Enroll in TexasLife plan.
5] Employee gets redirected to WorkTerra after enrollment.
6] Cost and Coverages are displaying properly.
7] Click on "Continue" button in WorkTerra.
Actual Result:
"No enrollment changes will be saved, Do you want to continue?" message is displaying.
Expected Result:
Message should not be display as enrollment data is already saved.

Note - This issue is for all benefit type for which multiple plan enrollment is ON.
