Concern: ASML: Server Error for specific employees

Cause: OneTimeAmountPayCheck , OneTimeAmountPayDate are new flags, just used by ASML company for HSA plan. If in this plan 2 consecutive enrollments are there then system throwing an error because one flag is not initiated in loop.

Correction: As per our discussion in call, we will deploy the fix on Saturday (4th November 2017)

Note: There are 70 employees having 2 consecutive election in HSA. Out of 70, 5 employees are in QE window period, so those employees are having problem and if other raise QE then they also will have this issue.

Server error is resolved. One decrease in tier specific scenario is not working. But you can convey client to check

Adding comments for clarification - fix was deployed to Production 11/4 - but still needs to be deployed to stage, therefore ticket is in local testing status. (*Hoping to be deployed to stage this weekend 11/11)

Client pain has been resolved for now.
