      Description

      Hello,

I have two export templates Elite Staffing_Aflac_Product_LIFE. Coverage level codes are needed.

I previously mentioned Critical Illness, but since its only EE and Spouse enrollment, i had a workaround for that template by just setting fixed value on the spouse subtemplate.

I have rule engine statements that are not working in all cases for the spouse and child subtemplates. When developing the file in Jan 2017, i tried to use member enrolled in on spouse and child but sisn't work at all. The below seemed to work, but when the file ran changes only through the year, i would see blanks occur on spouse and child.

      Staffing_Aflac_Product_LIFE

      Employee

      Spouse

      Child

      Thanks,
      Chris

            Hi Chris,

Given rule engine will not work properly, Member enrolled in will always check member as per sub-template, so for first sub-template it will check with employee as member and employee is not enrolled into Spouse life or child life.

For that we need macros like "Employee enrolled In", "Spouse enrolled In", and "Child enrolled In". We are developing this macros under WT-11449, we should complete its development by end of this week.

Concern: "Member enrolled in" is not working in all the time.

Cause: By seeing attached rule engine, it would not work like that, Member enrolled in will always check member as per sub-template, so for first sub-template it will check with employee as member and employee is not enrolled into Spouse life or child life.

Correction: we need macros like "Employee enrolled In", "Spouse enrolled In", and "Child enrolled In". We are developing this macros under WT-11449 IN DEVELOPMENT , we should complete its development by end of this week.
